"Before working with Jamie, I was in a bad place... afraid of my pain, not really understanding it, and feeling angry and frustrated. She has been the catalyst in moving me past that place of being fearful, and avoiding anything that might cause me pain. I am now in a new place where I am more confident in trying new things as well as doing the things that I’ve always loved to do, but avoided, because I was worried about hurting myself.
